Winter Poems & Screencastify

This week we were leanring how to use Screencastify.
We created a Winter Poem by practising "drag and drop".
We recorded ourselves reading our poem.
Here is some of our work...

  1. Kia Ora Room 4, Wow! What neat poems. I had a quick look at a few videos, and I am super impressed. I liked how Oliver changed the angle of his words - it reminds me of snow falling. Beau, you read your poem with a nice loud clear voice. Ka pai! I also liked how you all recorded your videos in a quiet space, some of us in Room 2 need to take the time to do this instead of recording in class (as you will see and hear). We also created Winter Poems, just like you so check them out!
Keep up the awesome mahi, from Miss Poi

    1. Thank you for your nice comments.
We were kind to each other and we were silent when someone was recording their voice. Some of us went outside.

  2. Kia Ora Symphon'e, your poem is pretty good. Dre liked how you read your poem using a clear voice. Bruce noticed that you added "like" to each line. You are very clever. From Room 2

Thank you for your positive, thoughtful, helpful comments.
Positive - something done well
Thoughtful - a sentence to let us know you actually read/watched or listened to what they had to say
Helpful - give some ideas for next time or ask a question you want to know more about
