We had to make 3 slides and then it was converted into a GIF.

Then we had to create our own media of us doing something impossible at school

We had to use our Camera App to take a selfie

We had to use the Explore Tool to find other images we needed.

What is Media?

Today we talked about media and what we use everyday.

We found media in our class like the tv, computers and logos on our t-shirts and shorts.

What did you do in the holidays? Some of us got involved in the Tuia 250 events. Read what Ollie and Josh got up to.

Last week I wanted to go to the wharf. My nan and grandad said yes. So I got in the car and nan drove Hunter and I to the wharf. Surprisingly we saw the Police boat. Quickly Hunter and I rushed on to the boat. I saw some of the rooms then hopped off.

I was going on the Spirt of New Zealand with Owen because I was staying at Owen's house. They showed us all the rooms like the toilets, where they slept, the kitchen, the lunchroom, the control room. The best bit was seeing the eating room. 
We got to the boats by the steam train.

We also worked on our design and had to make the words stand out.

We could only use one colour for the background

The Explore Tool and Rugby World Cup

This week we were using the Explore Tool in

We are in country teams of the Rugby World Cup so we found out some information about the team we are in.

Ziggy is our Axolotl.

Ziggy is getting really big.

He eats tadpoles and fish.

He is really strong.

We know this because he has moved all the rocks into one corner.
